What do I need to start?
A business name and a few sentences is enough. If you have more, use it: paste your current website’s address, or drop in copy and notes you already have. The builder asks follow-up questions when something important is missing, then writes a page-by-page content plan you approve before any design is generated.

Is Mondovo just a design tool?
No. The designs are the first few minutes. Mondovo builds the whole site a business runs on: online booking, a shop with checkout, pages for every product, listing, treatment or team member, a blog, enquiry forms that land in one inbox, and a chat assistant that answers from the business's own content. Then it runs the marketing around it: social posts, email campaigns and follow-ups.

How many designs do I get, and are they really different?
Each round produces three complete, multi-page designs that share the same content plan but take deliberately different directions in layout, typography, colour and rhythm. Generate more rounds until you have up to ten designs on one site, compare them side by side, and switch the live one whenever you like. Nothing is lost when you change your mind.
Pricing and plans04
Can you redesign the website I already have?
Yes. Paste the address and Mondovo uses the existing site as a starting point; review the pages and content it brings in, then adjust what needs changing. WordPress sites can come across with their pages and posts. Check the result before you publish.
Your website05
Where is the site hosted?
Published sites are compiled to static pages and served from a global CDN on your own domain, with SSL handled for you. You own the content and the domain, and the domain can be pointed elsewhere at any time.
Marketing and creative06
What does the marketing side do?
It drafts the marketing that goes with the site. Social posts are planned on a calendar and published to your Instagram and Facebook accounts when you schedule them. Email campaigns are drafted for a list and sent by you, from your own verified domain. Follow-up emails start from a form, a booking or a segment. New Google reviews get a reply drafted for you to post.
Customers and your assistant07
Will anything go out without me?
Posts, email campaigns and follow-ups will not. A post is published only when you queue it, a campaign stays a draft until you send it, and a follow-up sequence is saved switched off. The one automatic message is a short note telling someone their form arrived, and you can turn it off.

What is Creative Studio?
The part that makes images, carousels, ads, short videos and a logo, starting from the colours of your site. Each piece is priced in credits before it is made, and it can go straight onto a planned post or into the site.
Your website09
Where do enquiries go?
To the site’s own inbox, with form submissions, enquiries and website chat together. Each form is emailed to you as well, and a person who leaves an email address becomes a contact with a timeline. Bookings have their own view and are matched to the same contacts by email.

Can I run it from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect Mondovo to Claude or ChatGPT and you can build and change the site, plan posts, draft emails, make images and read the inbox from that conversation. Nothing goes live until you ask for it.

How does pricing work?
The free plan lets you build drafts and publish one site on a Mondovo subdomain, with no card. Pro is $20 a month for each live site, and your first live site is included in the first $20; a site on your own domain needs Pro, which asks for a card. Pro includes three team members, and each extra one is $10 a month.
Pricing and plans12
What are credits, and do they expire?
Credits cover AI-generated images and video, the voice assistant, and keyword and review data. Every live Pro site brings 200 a month, and free accounts get 50. Building, refining, chatting and publishing never use them. The monthly ones are replaced at each billing date, so they do not roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up pack last 12 months from the day you buy them, and we always spend whichever credits are closest to expiring first — so you cannot lose a pack while this month's allowance sits untouched.

I build sites for clients. Does that work?
It is what the workspace is built for. Each client gets their own site, brand, marketing and inbox, and drafts are free until a site goes live. White-label, API access and outreach tools are a $99 a month Agency add-on.
