What do I need to start a client site?
A business name and a few sentences is enough. If you have more, use it: paste the client’s current website, upload the brief as a PDF, or drop in the copy and notes you already collected. The builder asks follow-up questions when something important is missing, then writes a page-by-page content plan you approve before any design is generated.
How many designs do I get, and are they really different?
Each round produces three complete, multi-page designs that share the same content plan but take deliberately different directions in layout, typography, colour and rhythm. Generate more rounds until you have up to ten designs on one site, compare them side by side, and switch the live one whenever you like. Nothing is lost when a client changes their mind.
Can I redesign a client’s existing website instead of starting over?
Yes, and it is a common way agencies start. Paste the address and Mondovo uses the existing site as a starting point; review the pages and content it brings in, then adjust what needs changing. WordPress sites can come across with their pages and posts. Check the result before you publish.
Can clients review the site before it goes live?
Share a review link so your client can explore the site and leave feedback before launch. Branded client-facing editor and review experiences are available with the optional $99/month white-label add-on. Review the finished site together, then connect the domain and publish.
Can I use Mondovo from Claude, ChatGPT or my own AI tools?
Yes. Mondovo has an MCP connector, so an AI assistant you already use can create sites from a brief, generate and compare designs, refine a page, pin designs to a client board, and publish, all inside that conversation. Agencies with their own design system can even import a hand-authored layout as a new design on a site.
What is voice mode?
Talk to the builder instead of typing. Describe the business out loud and the brief fills itself in; ask for changes to a design and the assistant makes them; say where you want to go and it navigates. The free plan includes 10 voice minutes a month, and every live Pro site adds 30.
How does pricing work for an agency with many clients?
The Free plan includes one published site on a Mondovo subdomain. Pro costs $20/month with one live site included; each additional live site is $20/month. Pro includes three team members. White-label branding is an optional $99/month add-on.
What happens after launch?
The site keeps working. Enquiries land in a CRM inbox, forms are wired without third-party embeds, SEO titles, descriptions and sitemaps are managed per page, and you keep editing visually or by asking the assistant. Every change lands in version history, so anything can be undone.
Where is the site hosted?
Published sites are compiled to static pages and served from a global CDN on the client’s own domain, with SSL handled for you. You own the content and the domain, and the domain can be pointed elsewhere at any time.
What are creative credits?
Creative credits are for AI-generated images and brand assets. Every live Pro site brings 150 a month. Site generation, edits, AI refinements and publishing do not use creative credits.
