Mondovo vs Duda
Three designs per client. Switch one; the content stays put.
Describe the business, sign off a page-by-page content plan, and Mondovo generates three complete multi-page designs from it — up to ten on one site, with the live one a switch away and the words, the structure and the SEO settings staying put.
Free plan available. No credit card required.
The short version
Read this first, and you may not need the rest of the page.
You are almost certainly evaluating both of these at once, so the fastest thing this page can do is tell you which one your work points at.
Choose Mondovo if
- You want to put three complete, finished designs in front of a client and let them pick.
- You would rather change a client's mind about the design without rebuilding the site.
- Your client should be able to review and approve on a link, without an account of their own.
- You are carrying a handful of white-labelled sites rather than dozens, and want a flat add-on price.
Choose Duda if
- You want the entire platform under your own brand, on your own platform domain.
Capability
Side by side.
Quoted text belongs to Duda. Rows are limited to things we could confirm from their published pages.
A dash or a "not confirmed" means we could not establish it from Duda's own published pages, so we make no claim either way.
| Mondovo | Duda | |
|---|---|---|
| Getting to a first design | Three complete multi-page designs per round, all generated from one content plan you approved. Up to ten designs can live on one site. | Duda's platform menu lists a website builder, templates, and "Vibe — Generate client-ready sites & web apps". Whether one brief produces several complete designs to compare is not something we could confirm from Duda's pages. |
| Changing direction later | Switch the live design to any other design on the site. The content, the page structure and the SEO settings do not move. | Not confirmed from Duda's published pages, so we make no claim either way. |
| What you can build without paying | 50 draft sites on Pro, and a draft never appears on a bill. | "Create unlimited projects" on every plan. What a plan includes is published projects: one on Basic and Team, four on Agency and White Label. |
| What a published site costs | $20 per live site per month, and each extra live site is another $20. | A plan, plus per-site pricing beyond what it includes: "Additional sites are $19/month or $171/year for the Basic plan, or $17/month or $168/year for the Team, Agency, and White Label plans." |
| People who can work on it | 3 team members included, then $10 a month each. | "3 team seats" on Basic. "6 team seats" on Team and Agency. Custom on White Label. |
| Getting a client to review it before launch | A review link that works on desktop and mobile, with no account for the client to create. They click an element on the page and leave a note against it, or approve the whole site. | Client accounts with permissions. Duda's plan comparison lists client accounts, client permissions and site comments, with "Unlimited clients" on every plan. |
| Putting your own brand on the platform | A $99 a month add-on, flat, however many clients you carry. Your name goes on the review link and the client-facing screens, and the published site carries no Mondovo branding at all. | "White-label experience" is ticked on the White Label plan: "Present Duda's entire platform under your own brand with options to change the platform's color scheme and logo." |
| Extending it | No app store, and less need for one: forms, the enquiry inbox, bookings, payments and a store, a customer area behind a login, courses, events, downloads, per-page SEO and version history are part of the platform. API access comes with the $99 a month Agency add-on. | Duda's platform menu lists an App store: "Extend your sites with powerful apps." |
Both products are built for the same job, so most of the rows are close. The two that are not are the design step and the shape of the white-label bill, and they point in different directions.
Where the two actually differ
The difference is one step: what happens when it is time to design.
On the workflow around the site — many clients, many sites, one workspace, your brand on it — these two products are asking the same question. They answer the design step differently, and that is where the comparison lives.
Three finished designs, not one
One approved content plan produces three complete multi-page designs in a round. The client compares finished pages carrying their own words rather than thumbnails, which is a different conversation from the one that starts with a template.
And nothing is locked afterwards
Up to ten designs can sit on one site's content. Making a different one live is a switch, and it does not restart the copywriting, the page structure or the per-page SEO settings.
The white-label bill is a different shape
Ours is a flat $99 a month however many clients you carry, on top of $20 a live site. Duda's is a plan tier that includes four published sites. Which works out cheaper depends entirely on your count, so check both against the number of sites you actually run rather than against a headline price.
The rest of it is genuinely close
Both bill per published site, both let you build something for nothing before it goes live, and both are built around an agency carrying many clients at once. The differences are the design step, and the bookings, payments and customer area that come with a Mondovo site.
What each one costs
Per live site against a plan that includes some.
Both bill for published sites and both let you build for nothing first. The difference shows up once your own brand is on the platform.
Mondovo
$20 per live site per month
Drafts are free — 50 of them on Pro — and one live site is included in the first $20. Each extra live site is another $20. Pages, visitors and form submissions are not billed. Three team members are included, then $10 a month each. White-label, API access and the outreach tools are a $99 a month add-on, flat, whatever your client count.
Duda
$19 to $149 a month, billed annually
Basic $19, Team $29, Agency $52, White Label $149, each billed annually; monthly they are $25, $39, $69 and $199. Basic and Team include one published site, Agency and White Label include four, and extras are "$19/month or $171/year for the Basic plan, or $17/month or $168/year for the Team, Agency, and White Label plans". "Prices are in USD and apply per account."
The two bills are shaped differently, so which is cheaper depends on how many client sites you carry and whether you want your own brand on the platform. Ours is one number per live site plus a flat add-on however many clients you have; Duda's is a plan tier that includes several published sites. Work it out for your own count against their published pricing, linked below, and ours on our pricing page — both are plain figures and neither of us hides them.
Real output
Six practices, six briefs, no shared template.
Three law practices and three dental practices, each generated from a description of that business. Duda starts you on a template from its library, so two firms that pick the same category start from the same page. None of these six share a layout, a palette or a section order.

Before you move a client
What agencies ask about this one.
Can I bring a client's existing site across?
You can start from the address of any live site. Mondovo reads the pages and the content and rebuilds the design on top of them, and you review what it found before any design is generated. The deeper import, where pages and posts come across as structured records, is the WordPress path.
What exactly does white-label mean here?
Your agency's name on the review link and on the client-facing screens, and a published site that carries no Mondovo branding at all. It does not make the platform yours to resell under your own pricing, and it does not put the builder on your own domain.
Can my client have their own login?
The review flow is a link rather than an account: they open it on desktop or mobile, click an element and leave a note against it, or approve the whole site. After launch they can edit text and images and read the enquiries. If you need clients with roles and permissions inside a workspace, that is a Duda strength and we will not pretend otherwise.
How different are the three designs, really?
They take deliberately different directions in layout, typography, colour and rhythm, from the same approved content plan. Generate another round if none of them lands. Up to ten designs can live on one site, and none of it costs anything until one is published.
Can it run a store or take bookings?
Yes. Booking calendars with availability rules, and a store with a cart, checkout, payment collection and an orders view, are part of the site. So are a customer area behind a login, events, courses and digital downloads.
Can we use both?
Several agencies will. A Mondovo site publishes as static pages on your client's own domain, so nothing about it depends on where the rest of your book lives. The practical split is that new-build and redesign work where the design is the argument starts here.
Duda is a trade mark of its owner. It is named here to identify the product being compared. Nothing on this page implies any relationship with or endorsement by Duda.
The cheapest way to settle it
Run one client brief through both and compare the designs.
The drafts cost nothing here, and Duda's projects are unlimited until you publish. There is no reason to decide this one from a comparison page, including this one.
