Mondovo vs GoHighLevel
Two different products that agencies buy for the same reason.
HighLevel calls itself "the AI-powered business operating system": a sales and marketing suite in which websites and funnels are one part of a much wider toolkit. Mondovo is a website platform with a CRM behind it. Which one you want depends on what you sell, and for a lot of agencies the honest answer is HighLevel.

The short version
This one turns on a single question: what do you actually sell?
These are not competing versions of the same product. They are two different products that happen to be bought by the same kind of agency, so the fastest way through this page is to answer that question first.
Choose Mondovo if
- What you sell is websites. The design is the deliverable, and the client judges you on it.
- You want to put more than one finished design in front of a client and let them choose.
- You run a handful of live client sites and would rather not pay a flat agency fee to do it.
- The client's site needs to look like their brand, with pages and structure, rather than like a funnel.
Choose HighLevel if
- You sell marketing, not sites: pipelines, messaging campaigns, calendars, review requests, reactivation.
- You want to resell the platform itself. Agency Pro's SaaS Mode is built for exactly that and we have no equivalent.
- You run a lot of client accounts. One subscription covering unlimited sub-accounts beats a per-site fee past a certain count.
- You want the lead, the booking and the follow-up inside one system.
What HighLevel publishes
The facts this page is built on.
Every one of these is quoted from HighLevel's own pages. The links are at the bottom.
HighLevel describes itself as a business operating system.
Read 9 September 2026In its own words, "The AI-powered business operating system", built to "capture, nurture and close new leads into bookings, sales, reviews and repeat customers". Websites and landing pages sit inside a much wider list that also names CRM, pipelines, calendars, workflows, messaging, invoicing and reputation management.
HighLevel — HomePublished plans are $97, $297 and $497 a month, plus Enterprise.
Read 9 September 2026Starter at $97 a month with 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited at $297 a month with unlimited sub-accounts. Agency Pro at $497 a month. Enterprise is quoted rather than published.
HighLevel — PricingUsers are unlimited on every published plan.
Read 9 September 2026The pricing page lists "Unlimited Contacts" and "Unlimited Users" from the Starter plan upwards.
HighLevel — PricingReselling the platform is the Agency Pro tier.
Read 9 September 2026Agency Pro adds "SaaS Mode", "Automated Sub-Account Creation", "Rebill Phone & Email with Markup" and "Advanced API Access".
HighLevel — PricingThe price does not rise with the number of client sites.
Read 9 September 2026One agency subscription covers the sub-accounts, so the cost per client falls as you add clients. Past roughly twenty-five live sites, Agency Pro's $497 is less than $20 a site.

Five rows, all of them checkable. The design difference is the section below, because we could not source a HighLevel cell for it and would rather not invent one.
The split, stated plainly
One is wider. The other is deeper on one thing.
This is the comparison on this site where an unfair page would be most obvious to the people reading it, because they are usually evaluating both at once.
HighLevel is wider, and it is not close
Its own product list runs from lead capture through nurture, close, reputation and reactivation. Mondovo does not do SMS campaigns, sales pipelines, review requests, memberships, invoicing or paid calendars, and is not trying to.
Mondovo is deeper on the site itself
Three complete multi-page designs from one approved content plan, generated for that business rather than assembled from a funnel template, with up to ten designs on a site and a live one you can switch at any time.
The deliverable is a website
Pages, structure, per-page titles, descriptions, sitemaps and structured data, published as static pages on the client's own domain. If what the client is buying is a site they will be judged on, that is the difference.
The economics point in opposite directions
Mondovo's cost rises with each live site. HighLevel's does not. Below roughly twenty-five live client sites Mondovo is cheaper; above it, HighLevel is. That is arithmetic, not an argument.
So there is no confusion later
What Mondovo does not do.
Written out rather than left for you to discover in week three.
In Mondovo
- Content plan, three generated designs per round, up to ten per site
- Client review links with element-level comments and approvals
- Domains, hosting, SSL and static publishing
- Forms with no third-party embeds, and an enquiry inbox with contacts and a timeline
- Per-page SEO, version history, and an MCP connector for Claude or ChatGPT
- Agency outreach on the $99 add-on: 2,000 prospects, 200 previews and 1,000 emails a month
Not in Mondovo
- SMS and voice campaigns
- Sales pipelines and opportunity stages
- Booking calendars, appointment reminders and paid calendars
- Review requests and reputation management
- Invoicing, estimates, proposals and payment collection
- Memberships, courses and communities
- Reselling the platform as your own software
If most of that second column is what you are being paid for, this page has answered your question and the answer is HighLevel.
The honest part
When HighLevel is the right answer.
This is the closest competitor on agency economics in the whole comparison set, and it wins outright in several common cases.
You sell marketing retainers, not websites
If the site is a means to a funnel and the money is in campaigns, bookings and follow-up, HighLevel is the product built for that job and this comparison should end here.
You want to resell the software
SaaS Mode on Agency Pro is a business model in a box: your own pricing, sub-accounts created automatically. Mondovo has nothing like it. White-label here means your name on the review link and the client-facing screens for $99 a month, not a platform you can sell.
You run a lot of client accounts
Unlimited sub-accounts on one subscription is a different curve to $20 a site. Five live sites: $100 here against $297 there. Forty live sites: $800 here against $497 there. Do the sum with your real numbers before anything else.
You need the lead and the conversation in one place
HighLevel's consolidated messaging, calendars and pipelines are a single system. Mondovo's inbox and CRM sit behind the site and stop well short of that, deliberately.
We are not going to argue that a website platform replaces a marketing suite. If HighLevel fits what you sell, it fits.
What each one costs
Per site against per agency.
The two price lists are not the same shape, so the only fair way to compare them is against the number of live client sites you actually run.
Mondovo
$20 per live site per month
Drafts are free — 50 of them on Pro — and one live site is included in the first $20. Each extra live site is another $20. Pages, visitors and form submissions are not billed. Three team members are included, then $10 a month each. White-label, API access and the outreach tools are a $99 a month add-on.
HighLevel
$97 to $497 per agency per month
Starter $97 with 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited $297 with unlimited sub-accounts. Agency Pro $497, which adds SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup and advanced API access. Enterprise is quoted.
Five live client sites: $100 a month here, $297 on the Unlimited plan. Forty live client sites: $800 here, $497 on Agency Pro. The crossover sits around twenty-five sites, and above it HighLevel is cheaper.
Real output
What the deliverable looks like.
Sites Mondovo generated from a brief, the same way a client's site would be.

The questions agencies actually ask
Before you pick one.
Can Mondovo run SMS or email campaigns for my clients?
No. Mondovo has an enquiry inbox and a CRM behind the site, so form submissions arrive as contacts with a timeline. Campaign sending, SMS and sales pipelines are not part of it. The outreach tools on the $99 Agency add-on are for your own prospecting — 2,000 prospects, 200 previews and 1,000 emails a month — not for running a client's marketing.
Can I resell Mondovo to my clients as my own software?
No. There is no reseller or SaaS mode. The $99 a month Agency add-on puts your name on the review link and the client-facing screens and unlocks API access and the outreach tools. It does not let you sell Mondovo accounts under your own brand and pricing.
Can we use both?
Some agencies will. The site is the deliverable in one, and the campaign machinery lives in the other. A Mondovo site publishes as static pages on your client's own domain, so it sits in front of whatever you run behind it.
Which one is cheaper?
Below roughly twenty-five live client sites, Mondovo. Above it, HighLevel's flat agency fee. Count your live sites before you decide anything else, because that single number settles more of this comparison than any feature does.
How different are the three designs, really?
They take deliberately different directions in layout, typography, colour and rhythm, from the same approved content plan. Generate another round if none lands. Up to ten designs can live on one site, and none of it costs anything until one is published.
Will my client see Mondovo anywhere?
Not on the published site — it carries no Mondovo branding and lives on your client's domain. The review link and the client-facing screens carry your agency's name once you have the $99 a month Agency add-on.
