For marketing agencies
The website is one line on the retainer. It shouldn't be the one that slips.
You already run the campaigns, the copy and the reporting. The site should be the part that takes an afternoon, keeps the enquiries somewhere you can find them, and doesn't need a developer every time a client wants a paragraph changed.

The retainer view
Most of the work is not the build.
A site inside a retainer is a stream of small requests: a new offer, a seasonal page, a phone number, a headline someone on the client's team disagreed with. That stream is what makes a website expensive to keep, and it is the part this is shaped around.
A change request, the same day
Click the thing and change it, or describe the change in a sentence. No ticket, no deploy window, no developer.
Every change is recoverable
Version history records what changed and who changed it. When the client changes their mind back, restore it.
A campaign page costs nothing extra
Pages are not billed. Adding a landing page for a campaign does not change what the client's site costs.
One price per live site
$20 a month per live site, whatever is on it. Visitors and form submissions are not counted either.
Turnaround
From the client's email to live, without leaving the editor.
The request arrives in words, so it can be answered in words. Select the element and edit it directly, or describe the change and let our AI make it. Either way it lands in version history, and either way it is one action from being undone.
- 01
The request
"Can the headline mention the new opening hours?" — the kind of note that normally becomes a ticket and then a week.
- 02
The change
Click the headline and type, or ask for it in a sentence. Refinements are unlimited on Pro, so a fussy round of edits costs nothing.
- 03
Live
Publish. The pages are static and served from our CDN, and the version you replaced is still in history.

Where the leads land
Every enquiry becomes a contact, not an email somebody forwarded.
Forms are part of the site. There is no third-party embed to configure, no script tag to paste and no separate account for the client to lose the password to. Each submission arrives as a contact with a timeline, so whoever picks the account up next can see what has already been said.
No embeds
The form is part of the page, not an iframe borrowed from somewhere else that has its own outage page.
A contact with a timeline
Each enquiry lands as a contact record with its history attached, in the same place as the site it came from.
Submissions are not billed
A campaign that works does not quietly make the site cost more.
Pro includes three team members. Each additional seat is $10 a month, so the account manager and the copywriter can both be in there.
The parts a campaign needs
Per-page titles and descriptions, sitemaps, structured data.
Set the metadata page by page rather than accepting whatever a template produced. Sitemaps and structured data are generated with the site. We are not going to promise you rankings — that is your work — but the controls exist and they are per page.

Across the client list
A workspace per client, and a number you can put on the quote.
Each client's site, enquiries, forms and settings sit together. Pricing is per live site, so the platform line on a client's invoice is something you can state before you quote rather than after.
The Agency add-on is one flat $99 a month for the whole account, not per site, and it is the only thing that unlocks white-label.
Real output
Sites Mondovo produced from a brief.
The kind of account a retainer usually sits on top of.

Fitting it into an account
What agency teams ask.
The client already has a site. Do we have to rebuild it?
No. Paste the address and the existing pages and content come across; a WordPress site brings its pages and posts. You review what it found before any design is generated, so the structure you are being paid to keep is not quietly rewritten.
Who makes the small edits every month?
Whoever on your team has a seat. Changes are made by clicking an element or describing the change, and every one is recorded in version history with the person who made it, so an edit at 6pm on a Friday is not a mystery on Monday.
Can we add campaign pages after launch?
Yes, and pages are not a billed dimension, so a landing page for a campaign does not change what the site costs. Each page gets its own title, description and structured data.
Where do form submissions go?
Into the site's enquiry inbox. Each one becomes a contact with a timeline. There is no third-party form service in the middle and no per-submission charge.
Will the client see Mondovo?
The published site carries no Mondovo branding and lives on the client's domain. Putting your agency's name on the review link and the client-facing screens is part of the $99 a month Agency add-on, which also covers API access and the outreach tools. It is not included in the $20.
How does the cost work across twenty accounts?
Per live site. The first live site is included in the first $20 and each additional live site is another $20 a month, with drafts free the whole time. Nothing scales with pages, visitors or submissions.
The next account
Make the website the easy line on the retainer.
Drafts are free, so the first one costs you an afternoon and nothing else.
