What counts as a live site?
A site you have published. Until you press publish it is a draft, and drafts cost nothing however long you keep them or however many designs you generate on them.
Do drafts really cost nothing?
Nothing. You get 50 draft sites on Pro and can generate designs, refine them and send them for client review without paying.
What happens if I take a site offline?
Unpublish a site to stop its additional-site renewal; paid time remains reusable. Your included Pro slot continues until you cancel Pro from Billing. Paid terms are not refunded.
Is white-label included?
White-label is part of the Agency add-on at $99 per month.
How many people can work in the account?
3 team members included; additional seats are $10 per month each.
Can I use a custom domain on the free plan?
No. The free plan publishes one site to a Mondovo subdomain, with no card needed. Your own domain needs the site to be live on Pro, which asks for a card.
What are credits, and do they expire?

Do the marketing tools and Creative Studio cost extra?
No subscription on top. Posts, email campaigns, follow-ups and the inbox come with the site. Images and video from Creative Studio use credits, while queueing a post or rewriting a draft uses none. To send email campaigns you connect your own sending account on a domain you have verified.
Do you charge per page, per visitor or per form submission?
No. A site is one price whether it has five pages or fifty, and neither its traffic nor the enquiries it collects change what you pay.
