You pay for sites that are live. Nothing before that.
Most of the work on a client project happens before anyone has agreed to anything — the brief, the directions, the round of changes, the review. None of that is billed. The meter starts when a site is published and stops when it is not.

Generate designs, sit them side by side, refine the one your client likes and share it for review. Up to 50 drafts on Pro, 5 on the free plan. No charge at any point.

Publish — $20 a month starts for that site
Connect the client's domain and go live. That site becomes $20 a month from the day it is published. Your first live site is included in the first $20.

Take it offline — billing stops
If a client leaves or a site is retired, unpublish it and the $20 stops. The current month is not refunded, and the site stays in your workspace as a draft.

Multi-page websites
Complete sites with real page architecture and navigation, not a single screen. Add pages whenever the client asks.

Generate more rounds until one is right, compare them side by side, and switch the live design whenever your client changes their mind.
Visual editing and AI refinement
Change anything on the page directly, or describe the change and let the assistant make it. Both land in version history, so anything can be undone.

What counts as a live site?
A site you have published. Until you press publish it is a draft, and drafts cost nothing however long you keep them or however many designs you generate on them.
Do drafts really cost nothing?
Nothing. You get 50 draft sites on Pro and 5 on the free plan, and you can generate designs, refine them and send them for client review without paying. This is deliberate: most of an agency's work happens before a client has agreed to anything.
What happens if a client leaves?
Unpublish the site and the $20 for it stops. The current month is not refunded. The site stays in your workspace as a draft, so you can put it back if the client returns.
Is white-label included?
No. White-label is part of the Agency add-on at $99 a month, on any plan. Without it you can still share review links and publish to the client's domain — the add-on is what puts your agency's name on those screens in place of ours, and it also unlocks the API and the outreach tools.
How many people can work in the account?
Three team members are included on Pro, and each additional seat is $10 a month. The free plan is a single seat.
Can I use a custom domain on the free plan?
No. The free plan publishes one site to a Mondovo subdomain. A client's own domain needs that site to be live on Pro.
What are creative credits and voice minutes?
Creative credits cover generated images and video; voice minutes cover talking to the builder instead of typing. Every live Pro site brings 150 credits and 30 voice minutes a month. Most agencies never think about either.
Do you charge per page, per visitor or per form submission?
No. A site is one price whether it has five pages or fifty, and neither its traffic nor the enquiries it collects change what you pay.
