Meeting assistant
An AI meeting assistant that changes the website while your client is on the call.
Send Mondovo into your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call. It listens, shows the client's design on its own screen, makes the changes they ask for in a copy of that design, asks you questions quietly, and writes the summary when you hang up.
Every workspace gets 2 free hours of meeting time.
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
- Silent by default
Client: "Can the header be darker, and put the booking button up top?"
One choice before the call
Tell it what kind of call this is. It handles the rest.
Paste the meeting link, choose the name it joins under, and pick one of three call types.
New client
It builds the brief from the conversation: the business, the location, the pages, the styles the client likes. It sketches a few looks for the client to pick from, then makes the first designs from that pick.
Changes to a site
Bring it to a review call on a site you already have. Each change the client asks for goes into a copy of the design you are discussing.
Just take notes
No site work. You get the transcript and a summary of what was decided.
During the call
The client sees their changes before the call ends.
You keep talking to your client. The assistant follows along and keeps your panel in Mondovo up to date.
- 1It joins the meetingUnder the name you chose. In Google Meet, let it in from the waiting room.
- 2It shows the design on its screenIts video tile shows the design being discussed, and switches when the conversation moves to another one.
- 3It makes the changes asked for"Darker header", "move the booking button up": each one goes into a copy of the design, so the original stays as it was.
- 4It asks you, not the clientWhen something is unclear, it puts a short question in your meeting panel and your notifications. Nothing is posted to the client.
She mentioned a photo of the clinic. Use it in the header of the new copy?
- Darker headerDone
- Booking button in the headerDone
- Add a pricing pageWorking
Nothing happens behind your back
It works on a copy, and it never publishes.
A client call is not the place for surprises. These rules hold on every call.
Changes go into a copy
The design being discussed is copied first. The original and any live site are never edited.
It never publishes
You look at the copy after the call and decide what goes live.
It stays silent
It listens and shows designs. It does not speak in the meeting.
Questions come only to you
Its questions go to your panel and notifications in Mondovo, never to the meeting chat.
Jo wants the site to bring in new patients for sports injuries and back pain, with online booking. She prefers Design 2 with a darker header.
Decided
- Design 2, darker header
- Booking button in the header
- Add a pricing page
Next
- Jo sends clinic photos by Friday
- You review the copy and send a link
After the call
The summary is waiting when you hang up.
Every meeting is saved in Meetings with its transcript, summary and the changes made, even if no site was ever created.
- A short overview, what was decided and who does what next
- The full transcript, with who said what
- Search across every meeting's titles, summaries and transcripts
- Each meeting linked to the site it was about
- On a new-client call, the designs are pinned to a board for that client
Instead of
Fewer tools between the call and the work.
You do not need a separate note-taker, a screen share and an evening rebuilding what was agreed.

- Every workspace gets 2 free hours of meeting time, once.
- After that, meeting time uses 40 credits an hour, from the same balance as Creative Studio.
- The designs and changes it makes are site building, which is free and never uses credits.
- You see the free time left before you send it into a call.
Questions
What people ask before the first call.
Which meeting apps does it work with?
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. You paste the meeting link and it joins under the name you choose.
Who is it for?
Agencies and freelancers who run client calls about websites: kickoffs with new clients and review calls on sites in progress. It also works for an owner talking a site through with a partner or colleague.
Will it talk to my client?
No. It stays silent, shows designs on its video tile, and sends its questions only to you.
Can it break the client's live site?
No. Changes go into a new copy of the design, and it never publishes. You decide afterwards whether to use the copy.
Does it work in languages other than English?
Live changes during the call work in English. In other languages the transcript arrives a few minutes behind, so most of the work happens just after the call.
Does it join from my calendar?
Not yet automatically. You send it to each call by pasting the link, from Meetings in the top menu or from a site's menu.
Where are the notes kept?
In Meetings, in your workspace. Each meeting keeps its transcript, summary and the changes made. If you delete a site, the meeting notes stay.
