Online store
Build an online store with your website, not after it.
Add your products with options, photos and stock, and your site gets a cart and a checkout that takes payment through Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal, or cash on delivery. Discount codes, delivery rates, tax, refunds and order emails are set up in the same place, and the chat on your site can answer “where is my order?”
Try the whole checkout with test payments before you connect your own account.

How it works
From a product list to a paid order.
The store is part of the site you are already building, so the shop pages, the cart and the checkout match it from the start.
- 01
Add your products
Type them in, ask the assistant, or import a Shopify catalog by pasting the store’s address. Products can have options such as size or colour, photos per option and a size guide.
- 02
Connect payment
Connect your own Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal account, turn on cash on delivery, or both. Payments go to your account, not ours.
- 03
Try it with test payments
Run the whole checkout with test payments before your account is ready. No real money moves, and those orders are marked Test.
- 04
Set delivery and tax
Delivery zones by country, with flat rates, weight or order-value bands, and free delivery over an amount. Tax as your own rates by country or region, or GST for India.
- 05
Buyers check out
They choose a size or colour on the product card, add a discount code, and pay. Signed-in customers find their details already filled in.
- 06
You fulfil
Orders arrive in one list. Mark one shipped with its tracking and the buyer is emailed. Stock counts go down with each order.
What it handles
The parts of a store you would otherwise add one by one.
Each one is a setting on the site, not another app to install.
Discount codes
A percentage or a fixed amount off, with an optional minimum order, usage limit and expiry date.
Refunds and returns
Refund all or part of a paid order, or cancel one that hasn’t shipped. Customers can request a return, and items can go back into stock.
Cash on delivery
Take orders without a payment gateway, or alongside one. The buyer gets a cash-on-delivery confirmation by email.
Quote from the cart
When a cart can’t be paid online, or your buyers ask for a price first, the cart offers Request a quote and the request lands in your inbox.
“Where is my order?”
Customers ask the chat on your site about shipping, tracking, returns and refunds. It checks who they are first, by their account or a one-time code to their email.
Customer accounts
Buyers see their orders, refunds and cancellations on their account page on your site.
Order emails from day one
Receipts, shipping updates with tracking, and return and refund updates are sent without you switching anything on.
Store revenue
Sales show in your site’s analytics, so you don’t need a separate report to see what sold.
Where you sell
Set up for your country and your currency.
A store has to make sense to the people buying from it, so the details follow where you are.
Your own currency
Products, the cart and checkout show your store’s currency, and your payment provider is kept in step with it.
Setup that fits your country
Options that don’t work where you are are labelled, and suppliers who sell by quote get a quote step instead of checkout setup.
Checkout in your site’s language
Cart and checkout buttons and labels follow your site’s language, and you can change their wording.
No free delivery by accident
Checkout tells shoppers when you don’t deliver to them, instead of charging nothing for it.
Who it is for
For the business selling, and the agency handing over the store.
Small businesses
Shops, food businesses, makers and suppliers. Tell us what you sell when you start, and the shop sections, delivery and currency are set up with the site.
- Test checkout before going live
- Cash on delivery without a gateway
- Delivery and payments set up by the assistant
Agencies
Hand over a client’s store with delivery, tax and order emails already in place, and payments going to the client’s own account.
- The client’s own payment account
- Order emails on from the start
- Shopify catalogs imported by address
Instead of
You don’t need a separate store platform.
What a business usually runs side by side, and where each part sits in Mondovo.
Usually:A website on one platform and a shop on another
Products, cart and checkout inside the same site
Usually:Plugins for discount codes, delivery and tax
Codes, delivery rates and tax in the site’s settings
Usually:A payment gateway before you can take an order
Cash on delivery or test payments from the first day
Usually:Answering order-status emails by hand
The chat on your site answers “where is my order?”
Usually:Re-typing a Shopify catalog
Import it by pasting the store’s address
What it costs
Selling is part of the site.
There is no separate store plan. Building and editing the site and its store is free, and the store goes live with the site. Payments go to your own Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal account.
Free to build
Products, the cart, checkout settings and the shop pages are built and edited at no cost.
Live with your site
The store is published with the site: one site free on a Mondovo address, or on your own domain with Pro.
Your payment provider’s fees
Card payments are processed by the provider you connect, at its own rates.
Questions
What people ask about selling online.
Which payment providers can I use?
Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal, with one active at a time, plus cash on delivery. You connect your own account, so payments go straight to you.
Can I sell without a payment gateway?
Yes. Turn on cash on delivery and buyers can order without paying online. If a cart can’t be paid, it can offer Request a quote instead.
Can I try checkout before I connect my account?
Yes. Switch on test payments with Razorpay or Stripe and go through the whole checkout with test cards. No real money moves, and those orders are marked Test.
How do discount codes work?
Create a code for a percentage or a fixed amount off, with an optional minimum order, usage limit and expiry. Buyers enter it at checkout.
Can I refund an order?
Yes. Refund all or part of a paid order from the order itself, or cancel one that hasn’t shipped. The money goes back to the card used, the buyer is emailed, and you can put the items back in stock.
Can customers ask about their order in the chat?
Yes. The chat on your site answers questions about shipping, tracking, returns and refunds, after the customer signs in or confirms their email with a one-time code.
Can I move my products from Shopify?
Yes. Paste the Shopify store’s address and the catalog comes across, with its categories, and old product links keep working.
How is tax handled?
Set your own rates by country or region, or use GST for India with your GSTIN. Choose whether your prices include tax, and the cart shows tax and delivery as separate lines.
