Marketing

Your marketing, drafted from what your website already knows.

Mondovo drafts the posts, the emails and the follow-ups that go with your site, written for your business. You read them, change what you want, and decide what goes out and when.

Queueing a post and rewriting a draft cost nothing. Images and video use credits.

lotusandmarigold Bridal season is here. Trials are open for November and December weddings, book yours from the link in bio.

What gets drafted

Posts, emails and follow-ups, from the same place as the site.

Each one starts as a draft written for your business: its services, its offers, the pages on its site. You are editing something, not filling in a template.

Social posts

A week of posts, planned on a calendar.

Ask for a week, a fortnight or a month and the posts are written and laid out on a calendar as drafts. Rewrite any of them in a sentence, attach an image or a video from Creative Studio, and move them around. When you schedule a post, it is published to the Instagram or Facebook account you picked, at the time you chose.

  • Plans for 7, 14 or 30 days
  • Each post can carry an image, a carousel or a video from Creative Studio
  • Published only to the accounts you name, when you queue it

Email

Campaigns to the people who already know you.

Pick who it goes to, such as everyone who asked about bridal trials or a segment you saved, and a campaign is drafted with a subject, a banner and a button back to your site. It stays a draft until you send it, and it goes from your own sending account on a domain you have verified.

Follow-ups

The emails that should go out after something happens.

A follow-up sequence starts from something a customer does: sends a form, books an appointment or joins a segment. It sends up to five emails, spaced up to ninety days apart. Sequences are saved switched off, and start only when you turn them on.

  • Started by a form, a booking or a segment
  • Up to five emails in a sequence
  • Saved switched off until you turn it on

What goes out without you

Every channel has one rule, and here it is.

Letting software near your customers is only reasonable if you know exactly what it does on its own. So here it is, channel by channel.

Social posts

Published only when you queue them.

Drafts stay on the calendar. A post goes out when it is queued for an account you named, at the time you set.

Email campaigns

Drafts never send themselves.

You send a campaign from the app, after confirming the list agreed to hear from you. It goes from your own verified domain.

Follow-ups

Saved switched off.

A sequence does nothing until you switch it on, and you can switch it off again at any time.

Enquiry replies

One automatic note, which you can turn off.

When someone sends a form on your site, they get a short email saying it arrived. It is on unless you switch it off.

Where the ideas come from

A list of things worth doing, not a blank calendar.

Most of marketing is deciding what to do next. Mondovo keeps a working list for your business, and you pick from it.

Who you are marketing to

Your audiences, what each one needs to hear, what worries them and who you compete with, worked out from your site. Edit it, and what gets drafted afterwards follows it.

Ideas with the steps written out

Marketing ideas sized by effort and likely impact, each with a checklist, plus directories and communities worth being in. You do the submitting; nothing is posted for you.

Dated content ideas

Posts, emails and offers tied to the season, each with a first line to start from.

Reviews answered

New Google reviews get a reply drafted for you. Read it, change it, and post it when you are happy with it.

Ads

Ad creative made here. Results read from Meta.

Creative Studio makes ad images in the sizes ad platforms ask for. Connect your Meta ads account and Mondovo reads how your campaigns are doing, so the numbers sit next to the rest of your marketing. It does not create or run ads; you launch them in Meta as you do now.

  • Square, portrait 4:5, story 9:16 and common display sizes
  • Campaign results read from your Meta ads account
  • Leads from Meta lead forms arrive as contacts when they include an email

From your assistant

Or ask for it in Claude or ChatGPT.

Connect Mondovo to the assistant you already use and ask for the week’s posts, a campaign or a follow-up in a sentence. The same rules apply: a post goes out only when it is queued, a campaign is never sent from the chat, and a follow-up is saved switched off.

Done. The posts are drafts until you queue them, and the email waits for you to send it.

Questions

What people ask about the marketing side.

Which social accounts can it post to?

Instagram and Facebook Pages. You connect the accounts once, and each post goes to the accounts you name for it. Copy for other networks can be drafted too, for you to post yourself.

Does anything post or send without me?

Posts, email campaigns and follow-ups do not. A post is published when it is queued, a campaign stays a draft until you send it, and a follow-up sequence is saved switched off. The one automatic message is a short note telling someone their form arrived, and you can turn it off.

Do I need my own email domain?

To send campaigns, yes. They go from your own sending account on a domain you have verified, never from ours, so they arrive from you. Drafting a campaign works without one.

Does it run my ads?

No. It makes ad images, reads your Meta campaign results and turns Meta lead-form leads into contacts. Creating and running the ads stays in Meta.

What does it cost?

The marketing tools come with the site. Queueing a post and rewriting a draft use no credits. Images, video and a few writing jobs, such as a pack of posts for one network, use credits, and the price is shown before anything is spent. Each live site brings 200 credits a month.

I build sites for clients. Can I run their marketing here?

Yes. Each client’s site has its own calendar, brand, contacts and inbox in your workspace, so their marketing sits next to the site you built.
