Each site can hold up to 10 design options. They appear as chips (D1, D2, D3…) in the editor toolbar and as cards in the designs gallery.
Steps
- Open your site. Click a chip such as D2 to look at that design. Looking does not change your site.
- Open All designs to see every option side by side. You can rate each design under its card.
- To get another option, click + New and tell the chat what to change, for example "darker and more premium". On a gallery card, More like this makes a new design in the same direction.
- When you have a favourite, hover its chip and click Use as your site's design, or use the button on its gallery card. It is then marked as your site design.
Good to know
- Making new designs is free.
- At 10 designs, delete one in All designs before making another. You can also duplicate or delete a design from its chip.
- A design shows your home page. The other pages are planned and built when you click Build my site. See Turn your chosen design into a working site.
- You can ask the assistant: "Switch my site to design 3."
