When do I start paying?
When you choose Pro. Free lets you build drafts and publish one site on a Mondovo address. Pro adds your own domain and one live site, and each extra live site is billed when you publish it.
What counts as a live site?
A site you have published. Until then it is a draft, and drafts never add a per-site charge.
Do drafts cost anything?
Drafts do not add a per-site charge and remain subject to your plan's limits. Free includes five drafts; Pro includes 50 draft sites. A Pro subscription is paid even while you work on drafts.
Do chat, forms, bookings or email cost extra?
No. They come with every live site. Only Creative Studio output, such as images and video, uses credits, and you see the cost before anything is made. To send email campaigns you connect your own sending account on a domain you have verified.
Do you charge per page, per visitor or per form submission?
No. A site is one price whether it has five pages or fifty, and its traffic and enquiries never change what you pay.
What happens if I take a site offline?
Unpublishing an additional site stops its next renewal. Paid time remains reusable until the current period ends and is not refunded. Your Pro base subscription continues until you cancel Pro in Billing. The site stays available as a draft.
Can I use my own domain on the free plan?
No. The free plan publishes one site on a Mondovo address, with no card needed. Your own domain needs Pro.
How many people can work in the account?
3 team members included; additional seats are $10 per month each.
Is white-label included?
No. White-label is part of the Agency add-on, on any plan. Pro supports your own domain; the add-on puts your agency's name on review links and client screens, and unlocks the API and outreach tools.
What are credits, and do they expire?
200 Creative Studio credits per paid live site/month, pooled across your workspace. Builder voice uses a separate minute allowance. Purchased top-up credits last 12 months, and credits expiring soonest are used first.
