Offer classes, session packs and memberships

If you run group sessions or sell bundles, bookings can handle classes, session packs and memberships.

Set up a class

1. Open Messages & customers → Appointments settings and go to What people book → Services.
2. Add a service and choose Class instead of Appointment.
3. Set how many spots it has, its length, price and times.
4. Save. When a class is full, people can join its waitlist.

Sell packs and memberships

1. In the same settings, open Packs & memberships.
2. Create a pack (for example 10 sessions) or a membership, with its price and the services it covers.
3. Customers buy it on your site and use it when they book.

Good to know

• Selling packs needs a payment provider. See Take payments at checkout.
• Customers with a pass can ask for a sign-in link in the booking section to use it.
• You can describe what you need to the assistant, for example "Add a Saturday yoga class for 12 people and a 10-class pass."
