If your client approves posts before they go out, send them a review link. They do not need a Mondovo account.
Steps
- Open Creative Studio → Review.
- Choose the posts to send and create a client review link. You can email it from Mondovo or copy it.
- Your client opens the link and sees each post as it will look on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or X, including where the caption gets cut off.
- For each post they press Skip, Note or Approve.
- Their decisions and notes come back to you in Review.
Good to know
- If the brand requires approval, only approved posts can be queued for publishing.
- You can also share post ideas on the link for your client to choose from.
- With white-label branding, the link opens on your own address. Otherwise it uses a neutral address.
- Your team reviews posts in Post approvals before they reach the client.
