Delivery policy

1. Agency licence

• Paid enrolment is not open. Activation arrangements will be confirmed before payment is accepted.
• You will receive a sign-in link by email and WhatsApp at the contact details you paid with.
• The training schedule and the sales kit are shared with you when your account is activated.

2. Client websites

Client websites are built in your Mondovo account and published online, either at a Mondovo address or on your client's own domain. A site is live as soon as you publish it.

3. AI credits

Credits you buy are added to your account immediately after payment.

4. If something hasn't arrived

Contact us about access or payment questions. Do not make a partner payment until we have confirmed availability and the applicable terms.
