Cancellation and refund policy

1. Agency licence fee

• You can cancel and get a full refund of the ₹14,999 licence fee (plus the GST paid on it) if you ask within 7 days of payment. No reason is needed.
• After 7 days, the licence fee is not refundable.
• When a licence is refunded, the partner account and any referral credit linked to it are closed.

2. Yearly renewal

• You can cancel your renewal at any time before the renewal date and you will not be charged.
• If a renewal has been charged, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the charge.

3. Live client site fees

• The ₹2,549 yearly fee for a client site is charged when the site is published.
• You can take a site down at any time. Nothing more is charged for it at its next renewal.
• The fee for a year already started is not refundable, except where a site was published by mistake and taken down within 7 days.

4. AI credits

Purchased credit packs can be refunded within 7 days if none of the credits in the pack have been used. Used credits, and the 200 credits included with the licence, are not refundable.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged twice, or charged for a payment that failed, we refund the extra amount in full as soon as we find it or you tell us.

6. How to ask for a refund

Write to us through the contact page at mondovo.com/contact, or reply to your payment confirmation email, with the email address and phone number you paid with.

7. When you get your money back

Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days and returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider usually takes a further 5 to 7 working days to show it in your account.
