Partner programme terms

1. Who we are

The Mondovo Partner Programme is operated by Maximizer E-Services Pvt Ltd, Kings Domain #1, Rahat Bagh, CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore 560093, Karnataka, India ("Mondovo", "we", "us"). "You" means the individual or business that joins the programme.

2. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be resident in India or run a business registered in India.
• You must give accurate contact and billing details when you join.

3. What the agency licence includes

The one-time agency licence fee includes, for 12 months from activation:

• White-label access to the Mondovo platform for building and managing client websites
• Your own agency website, free for as long as you remain a partner
• Live training sessions and their recordings
• The partner sales kit: pitch script, price menu and quote templates
• 200 AI image credits, granted once
• Partner community and support

4. Fees and taxes

• Agency licence: ₹14,999, paid once, covering the first 12 months.
• Renewal from the second year: ₹4,999 a year, waived while you have 10 or more live client sites on the renewal date.
• Each live client site: ₹2,549 a year, charged when a site is published and then yearly while it stays live.
• All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
• Additional AI credits are bought separately at the prices shown in your account.

Partner prices are available only through this programme and are not a limited-time discount. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice; prices you have already paid for are not affected.

5. Your clients

• You set your own prices and terms with your clients, and you invoice them directly.
• You are responsible for your agreements with your clients, the taxes on your own income, and the content you publish for them.
• Your clients' sites carry no Mondovo branding. You may present the work under your own brand.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Mondovo Terms of Service. You may not use the platform for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to impersonate another business, or to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend sites that break these rules.

7. No promise of earnings

We do not promise or guarantee any income. Any example figures we show are illustrations of margin, not forecasts. What you earn depends on the clients you win and the prices you set.

8. Referrals

• If you refer another partner who stays past their 7-day refund window, you may receive the referral credit described in your partner account.
• Referral credit can be used only for payments to Mondovo. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred, and it expires 24 months after it is granted.
• Referral rewards apply to partners you refer directly, never to partners they refer.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are covered by the partner programme cancellation and refund policy. In short: the agency licence fee is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of payment.

10. Leaving the programme

You can leave at any time by contacting us. We may end your participation if you break these terms or the Terms of Service. When your participation ends, your partner pricing stops; we will give you reasonable time to move or export live client sites.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
