Credits pay for work that has a real cost each time you use it. They are used for two things only.
What uses credits
- Creative Studio: images, ads, carousels, animated slides, logos, videos and voice.
- Meeting assistant time, after the 2 free hours each workspace gets once.
What never uses credits
- Creating sites, making designs, building pages, chat and visual edits, and the assistant.
- Publishing.
- Texting, the Voice Agent and X posts, which are separate add-ons.
Buy more
- Open your avatar menu → Billing & credits → Credits and click Add credits.
- Choose a pack or a custom amount and pay. The purchase is confirmed on screen and by email.
Good to know
- The cost is always shown before you confirm, and failed or cancelled work is refunded automatically.
- When you run out in the middle of something, you are shown a way to top up.
- Purchased credits last 12 months, and the ones closest to expiring are used first.
- Ask the assistant "How many credits do I have?" Receipts are under Billing & credits → View invoices.
