Growth helps agencies win website clients. A project walks you from "who do I want to win?" to emails in their inbox, with a preview website built for each business. Growth needs the Agency add-on.
Steps
- Open Growth → Projects in the top menu.
- Type who you want to win, for example "dentists in Pune without a website", and click Start. You can also upload your own list of businesses.
- Check the place, kinds of business and filters, then click Find businesses. Switch between No website, Outdated, Has a site and All, and tick the ones you want.
- Go to Previews, pick a look, and build a preview website for each business.
- Go to Review & send. Choose the mailbox to send from, add your postal address, and check each email next to its preview. Edit, skip, or adjust follow-ups.
- Click Approve all & send and confirm. Emails go out at a safe daily pace.
- Answer replies in the Replies stage and watch How it's going.
Good to know
- Connect sending mailboxes in Growth → Mailboxes: Sign in with Microsoft, a Gmail app password, or any SMTP provider.
- Follow-ups stop when someone replies, and replies that land in spam are still picked up.
- From a project's ⋯ menu, you can check every week for new businesses.
- Follow the email rules where you and your prospects are, and honour every request to stop.
