A board collects designs from any of your sites into one page you can share with a client.
Share designs
- Open Boards in the top menu and create a board, or use Pin to board on a design.
- Add designs one by one, or choose Add the whole site so every design of a site appears and new ones join on their own.
- Click Share and choose what the client can do, such as Let the client approve or reject each one.
- Send the link. You get an email when your client responds, and their comments appear in that site's Feedback.
Add a proposal
- Open the board's Proposal tab.
- Start from a template or click Draft with AI. Both write the wording and scope. You enter the prices.
- Add line items: one-off, monthly or yearly. Tick Optional for upsells that do not count toward the total. Set a Valid until date if you like.
- Click Ready to share, then in Share switch on Include the proposal.
Your client sees a switch between Designs and Proposal, your logo, and an Accept button. When they accept, you both get an email.
Good to know
- Your client does not need a Mondovo account.
- Boards can also hold Creative Studio visuals and videos.
- Set your default proposal wording, currency and terms in workspace settings under Proposals.
- Designs made during a new-client meeting are pinned to a board for that client automatically.
