Connect a campaign email sender

Lead alerts and booking emails work without any setup. To send broadcasts to a subscriber list, connect your own Resend account once. Mondovo manages the campaign and Resend delivers it from your domain.

Steps

1. Create a Resend account, or sign in to the one this business already uses.
2. In Resend, open Domains and add a domain you control. A sending subdomain such as news.yourbusiness.com keeps campaign mail separate from everyday email. Add the DNS records Resend shows, and wait until it says the domain is verified.
3. In Resend, open API Keys, create a key named "Mondovo campaigns" with Full access, and copy it.
4. In Mondovo, open Messages & customers → Email → Settings and find Campaign sender.
5. Paste the key, enter a From address on your verified domain, a business name, and a reply-to address someone reads.
6. Click Connect Resend, then Send test email.

Good to know

• Any Resend charges are separate from your Mondovo plan.
• Treat the key like a password. Never paste it into a chat or email. We store it encrypted and never show it again.
• Agencies: use a separate Resend workspace for each client who sends campaigns.
