Mondovo on WhatsApp can see every workspace you belong to, so you don't need to switch anything first. Name a site, or ask about all of them.
Things to ask
- "How many visitors did the dental site get this week, and where from?"
- "How did our sites do on Google search this month?"
- "Any new enquiries across my sites today?"
- "What are the top recommendations pending on my last few sites?"
- "Give me five blog post ideas for the bakery."
- "Switch to my agency workspace."
How it answers
- Numbers come from each site's own analytics, including visits from Google search. If a site's analytics aren't turned on yet, Mondovo says so.
- If a name matches more than one site, you get a list to tap.
- When you ask about a site in another workspace, the chat moves there, and links open the same conversation in the right workspace in your dashboard.
- If an answer takes more than a few seconds, you get a short "one moment" message first, so you're never left wondering.
