The meeting assistant joins your video call under a name you choose. It listens, takes notes, and can make website designs or changes while you talk with your client. It never publishes anything.
Steps
- Open Meetings in the top menu. Inside a site, you can also use ⋯ → Bring Mondovo to a meeting.
- Choose what the call is for:
- New client: make designs for a business you are discussing.
- Changes to this site: work on an existing site.
- Just take notes: a transcript and summary only.
- Paste the meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams) and the name it should join as. Send it.
- Let it in from the waiting room.
- Talk as normal. On a new-client call, once the business, its look and a site you like have come up, three designs start and appear on the assistant's video tile. Ask for a change out loud and it lands in a new copy of the design.
- Follow along, and answer any quiet questions, in the meeting panel in Mondovo.
Good to know
- It stays silent in the call. It may ask you questions privately in Mondovo.
- Changes always go into a new copy of a design, never your existing designs or live site.
- Live changes work best in English. Calls in other languages are still transcribed, with notes and changes coming later.
- Each workspace gets 2 free meeting hours, once. After that, meeting time uses credits. See What credits are for.
- After the call, see Find meeting notes and summaries.
