Find meeting notes and summaries

Every meeting keeps its transcript, summary, decisions and next steps, searchable from the Meetings page.

After a call, the meeting assistant writes a summary and keeps the full transcript, so you can find what was said later.

Steps

  1. Open Meetings in the top menu. Meetings are listed newest first.
  2. Search for a word or phrase. Search covers meeting titles, summaries and transcripts.
  3. Filter by client to see one client's meetings. A client's page and a site's meeting panel also list them.
  4. Open a meeting to see:
    • The summary: an overview, decisions and next steps.
    • The transcript, with who said what.
    • Everything the assistant did or asked, such as designs it started.
    • The meeting time used.

Good to know

  • Meeting notes belong to your workspace, so they stay even if you later delete the site they were about.
  • Designs made during a new-client call are pinned to a board for that client, ready to share. See Share designs on a board.
  • Screen sharing in the call is not recorded. Share links in the meeting chat, or drop images into the meeting panel, if you want the assistant to use them.
