Mondovo's assistant works on WhatsApp too. It is the same assistant as the one in your dashboard: it knows your workspaces and sites, uses the same tools, and asks before it changes anything. Whatever you start on WhatsApp carries on in your dashboard, and the other way round.
Link your number
- Open your avatar menu → Account settings.
- Under Linked WhatsApp, choose Link WhatsApp. You get a short code.
- Tap Open WhatsApp with code filled in on your phone, or send the code to the number shown. Mondovo replies to confirm the link.
If you message Mondovo before linking, the reply includes a Link my account button that opens the same page.
What you can ask
- Across all your workspaces: "How did my sites do on Google this week?", "Any new enquiries today?", "What should I fix first on the bakery site?"
- Changes: "Change the opening hours to 9 to 6", "Add a page for our team". You get an Approve button before anything changes.
- New sites: "Make a website for my salon" walks you through it in the chat. See Make a website on WhatsApp.
- Files: send a photo, a PDF or a text file and ask about it. See Send photos and files on WhatsApp.
When you name a site in another workspace, the chat moves to that workspace on its own. Links in replies open the same conversation in your dashboard, in the right workspace.
Good to know
- Every change waits for your Approve tap, just like in the dashboard.
- Long jobs (new designs, a big change) tell you when they start and send the result to the chat when they finish.
- To stop, open Account settings → Linked WhatsApp and choose Unlink.
