Your team can see a site's new leads, bookings, payments and site updates in a shared chat channel the moment they happen, with an optional daily or weekly summary.
Steps
- In your site's workspace, open Settings → Team Chat Alerts and click Add a channel.
- Choose the app:
- Slack: click Add to Slack, approve in Slack, then pick the channel. Alerts arrive with buttons such as Mark handled and Confirm booking.
- Microsoft Teams, Discord or Google Chat: paste the channel's webhook link. The help text under the box shows where to find it in each app.
- Choose what to send: new leads, bookings, payments, site updates, and a daily or weekly summary.
- Click Add channel, then Send test to check the message arrives.
Good to know
- Each site has its own channels, so an agency can send every client's site to its own channel.
- Test and spam submissions are not posted.
- For a private Slack channel, type
/invite @Mondovoin that channel first, then reopen the channel list. - If a channel is deleted or its link stops working, the card shows a warning.
