Talk to Mondovo in Slack

Ask about leads and sites, or request changes, by messaging the Mondovo app, @mentioning it or typing /mondovo.

Once your Slack workspace is connected with Add to Slack, you can ask Mondovo about your sites without leaving Slack.

Three ways to ask

  • Message the Mondovo app directly.
  • Mention @Mondovo in a channel. It answers in a thread.
  • Type /mondovo and your question. Only you see the answer.

Link your account

  1. The first time you ask, Mondovo sends you a private Link my account button.
  2. The page names your Slack account. Check it is yours and confirm.
  3. Ask away, for example "how many leads came in this week?" or "change the homepage headline to …". Changes show Approve and Cancel buttons before anything happens.

Your whole team

  • On the Talk to Mondovo in Slack card, an admin can let full members of the Slack workspace use the alert buttons and ask questions without a Mondovo login. Any change they ask for waits for a linked teammate with edit access to approve it. Guests and people from other companies never qualify.
  • Follow a channel for this site: Mondovo posts a notice in the channel you pick, and when the team agrees on something it can do (a page change, a new page, a post) it suggests it in a thread for someone to approve. Stop it any time from the settings or the notice.

To set up the connection, see Get alerts in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or Google Chat.
