A webhook sends each new lead, booking or payment to another tool the moment it happens. Use it with Zapier, Make or n8n to reach any CRM or app.
Set up a site webhook
- In your site's workspace, open Site settings → Settings → Webhooks.
- Paste the address from Zapier, Make, n8n or your own system.
- Tick the events you want: Form Submitted, Contact Created, Contact Revisited, Payment Completed, and Booking Created, Confirmed, Rescheduled, Cancelled or Completed.
- Optional: add a secret. Each request then carries an
X-Webhook-Signatureheader, an HMAC-SHA256 of the body in hex, so you can check it came from your site. - Save and click Test.
Other options
- One form only: Messages & customers → Forms → choose the form → Webhook. A form can also opt out of the site webhook.
- Google Sheets: Site settings → Settings → Google Sheets keeps a spreadsheet in sync with your submissions.
- In a journey: a webhook step sends the contact at that point.
Good to know
- If your address does not answer, an event is retried up to 3 times within a few seconds. It is not queued for later, so check the delivery log and use CSV export to catch up.
- There are no built-in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or GoHighLevel connectors. Use a webhook through Zapier, Make or n8n.
