Get notified about new enquiries

Choose who gets an email for each form, set the automatic reply people receive, and send entries to other tools.

Each form has its own settings for who hears about new entries and what the person who filled it in receives.

Steps

  1. Open Messages & customers → Forms and choose a form.
  2. Open its Settings.
  3. Add the email addresses that should be notified. Notifications are off until you add at least one recipient.
  4. Check the automatic reply. It thanks the person for getting in touch and is on by default. Edit the wording or switch it off for this form.
  5. Choose the thank-you message or the page visitors go to after submitting.
  6. Save.
