Is there a Mondovo app in Zapier or Make?
Not yet. We are building Mondovo apps for Zapier and Make. Until they are listed, connect with a site webhook: it sends the same leads, bookings and payments, and takes about five minutes.
What does it cost?
Webhooks are free on every Mondovo plan, including Free. The automation tool has its own pricing: Zapier's webhook trigger needs a paid Zapier plan, Make's Free plan includes 1,000 credits a month, and n8n is free if you host it yourself.
Which tools work?
Any tool that can receive a webhook: Zapier, Make, n8n, Pipedream, Pabbly Connect, Activepieces, or your own system. Through them you can reach HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Airtable, Notion, QuickBooks and thousands of other apps.
What can I send?
- Form Submitted: every form entry, with the contact it was filed under.
- Contact Created and Contact Revisited.
- Payment Completed.
- Booking Created, Confirmed, Rescheduled, Cancelled and Completed.
- Any Alert: every site alert, including leads from chat, WhatsApp, SMS and voicemail. It is not included when you choose all events; tick it on its own.
Can I send just one form?
Yes. Open Messages & customers → Forms, choose the form and set its Webhook. A form can also opt out of the site webhook.
Do I need Zapier for Google Sheets or Slack?
No. Google Sheets sync is under Site settings → Settings → Google Sheets, and alerts to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord and Google Chat are built in. Follow-up emails and texts can run in a journey.
Who can set up a webhook?
Someone with the admin role on the site, which workspace owners and admins have.
My Zap or scenario is not getting leads. What should I check?
- Open the webhook under Site settings → Settings → Webhooks and look at its recent deliveries. A refused delivery shows the status the tool answered with.
- Check the Zap, scenario or workflow is turned on. In n8n, make sure Mondovo has the Production URL, not the Test URL.
- Check the right events are ticked, and that the form has not opted out of the site webhook.
- Click Test and watch for the entry in your tool.
Why do I see "Test User" in my tool?
The Test button sends sample details marked _test: true, so you can map fields before a real lead arrives. Add a filter step to skip entries where _test is true.
What if my tool is down when a lead arrives?
Mondovo retries up to 3 times within a few seconds. Events are not held for later, so export any missed entries as CSV from your inbox.
How do I know a request really came from my site?
Add a secret to the webhook. Each request then carries an X-Webhook-Signature header: an HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body using your secret, in hex. Compute the same on your side and compare.
Can Zapier or Make add contacts into Mondovo?
That comes with the Mondovo apps for Zapier and Make. Today, developers can add and update contacts with the Mondovo API (see Use Mondovo from ChatGPT, Claude or the API).
